Vid utfarten till Koh Samet på Thailands östra kustlinje ligger den lilla charmiga hamnstaden Ban Phe.Här driver vi en skola sedan 1 november 2011 för barn från Mae Phim, Ban Phe, Rayong, Pattaya m fl områden.

Vi har öppnat en thailandsinspirerad svensk skola och förskola med svensk läroplan och svenska lärare med god erfarenhet. Vår skola är unik i sammanhanget med Lars-Eric Uneståhls pedagogik där varje elevs individuella förutsättningar sätts i centrum. Med små klasser på cirka 12 elever ges dessutom mycket bättre förutsättningar för god inlärning och uppföljning än i Sverige. Vi har redan idag flera thailändska elever på skolan och förskolan, vilket även ger oss en fantastisk möjlighet till språkligt och kulturellt utbyte i vardagen.

Vi följer det svenska skolåret med avslut 31 maj.

2)      Open bank account. Including transportation, translation and help with the documentation. Price 2000 baht ( Nongmon Bangsaen) , 2500 baht ( Klaeng Mae Phim).

3)       Cleaning service.  Price from 550 baht (see below specifications).

Small cleaning. All floors included terrace sweeped and mopped. All tables, counters and shelves dusted.Kitchen cleaned: stove, counter and refrigerator wiped off outside. Bathrooms cleaned: shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror.

4)      Take care of the house service. - Stay Away Service. (water tap and toilet flushing, airing, AC test, general inspection of the house) Price 200 baht / time. Special promotion for SeaView 150 baht / time.

- Stay Away and cleaning service.  Vaccum cleaning, mopping, inside the house and terraces. Bathroom cleaned (walls, shower, toilet, washbasin and mirrors), Kitchen cleaned (tables, counters, chairs, sink, stove, refrigerator wiped off )

2 times per month package. 800 baht Condo, 1000 baht Benjarong, Bali, 1300 baht Praisawan, 1500 baht Amarin, Mahanak, Suksawat.   

5)   Gardening service. Watering, trimming and tending. Price for small / big garden 800 / 1000 baht / month.  

6)   Insurance. Any kind, price upon quotation. ( House, Car, Motorbike, Personal, Health, Accident insurance).
Fee for new insurance 1000 baht and for renewal 500 baht / insurance. 

7)   Payment service, We pay your bills for you. 100 baht per bill. Price excluded bank fee.  

8)      TV (UBC, cable TV), telephone, ADSL, Hutch internet. Assistants to order and installation Price 1000  baht. Price excl fees for decoder, deposit and installation.  

9)   Oiling of wooden. Oiling of wooden for whole house outside up to the roof labor cost.
Pralinn 2000 baht,Praisawan 2500 baht, Benjarong 3000 baht, excl price for material . From the roof up same prices. Only one   layer. 

10) Craftman (included tools). Price 200 baht / hour. Minimum 2 Hours. (No constructions)  

11) Service Air condition, Cleaning air filter 100 baht/unit. Cleaning compressor and inside unit 500 baht/ unit 
Adding of liquid coolant 300 baht / unit. 

12) Locksmith (door opening in case of lock yourself out), 1000 baht daytime, 2000 baht night time for one door  

13) Key-keeping. Price 1200 baht / year. Key handling out by order. Supervision for delivery or work in the house, price upon quotation.

17) Car rental. Price from 22 000 baht / month. Price upon quotation depending on the type of car, period of rental.                ( including first class  insurance, excluding gasoline and driver). Deposit 5.000 baht.
Late car leave charge 200 baht / houre. Prices valid for pick up and leave the car in ESC office in Mae Phim and Bangsaen. Extra charge for other destinations. 

18) Testament. 15 000 baht, lawyer come to Bangsaen or Mae Phim. We prepare all the documentation needed. 

19) Insect protection. Price  8000 baht / year for single floor house, 9500 baht / year for double floor house. We use good quality chemicals that keep termites away .  

20) Alarm to the house. Different solutions for different prices.  

21) Internet. 100 baht  / hour in ESC office. Price for longer period, 500 baht / week, 1500 baht / month, 4200 baht / 3 months, 7800 baht / 6 month, 10200 baht / year. Only for Blue Mango 1,2,3 

22) Moving from Europe to Thailand. Price upon quotation. 

23) Curtains and mosquito net. Design your curtains for your home after your own needs. 

24) Gardens. Helping you to make your own garden for the house with professional gardener. 

25) Additional work. Extend your terrace, make your own storage room, gutter for your roof, etc.  

26) Water filter. From 7 950 Baht incl. installation. 

27) Water heater. New water heater including installation 6000 baht. 

28) Travel agency. Book your flight ticket or trip to:  Zoo, Island, Golf, Fishing, Entertainment, Bangkok.  

29) Rental baby chair. 500 baht / week. Car baby chair 500 baht / week, 100 baht / transfer. 

30) Septic tank. Drainage 800 baht / time, checking 300 baht / time. 

31) Water tank. Cleaning 600 baht / time, checking and refill chlorine 400 baht / time 

32) Laundry service. See separate pricelist. 

33) Safetybox. Small 3500 baht, medium 4500 baht, big 6000 baht. Inkt installation.  Remark: Key keeping is not included in any of the services.
